I use essential oils at home and in my Reiki sessions, and have studied aromatherapy. I now make sprays to use to lift and clear a room, or spray on one's person. I create these sprays with natural, simple ingredients. Each spray is made with essential oils, witch hazel and special water (for example from 9 Wells spring). They are available on my shop (below).

I run small, bespoke workshops. The sense of smell can trigger emotions and even memories. As we choose our essential oils for our personal sprays, we connect with how the scents make us feel. This leads to sprays which many people find quite healing, and 'what they need in the moment'. The sprays are made with essential oils, witch hazel and sacred water (for example 9 Wells or White Spring). I will provide all the materials. You are welcome to take the spray you have made home with you.
